HOW IT WORKS:

Each Partnering Organization contributes to underwriting the program offerings as described
below:

75   Employees = $75.00 x 12 months = $900 / year
150 Employees = $150.00 x 12 months = $1800 / year
300 Employees = $300.00 x 12 months = $3600 / year

Each Partnering Organizational Entity will give $1.00 per employee as illustrated above in monthly
payments, or in lump sum at the beginning of each year. For those entities that have more than 1000
employees and provide that amount or more monthly they will be entitled to a seat on the Board of
Advisors.

Each Partnering Organizational Entity will receive all L.A.M.P. - PAC Program Training Tuition Free.
Each Annual Meeting will have a follow-up session, with additional opportunities and benefits for
each contributing entity.

CEO & LEADERS - Specialized Training*

20 hours of Instruction and Workshop
$50 per hour per person or married couple
$250 per hour per organization (up to 5 participants)

40 hours of Instruction and Workshop TUITION FREE*
$250 per person or married couple for each of the training modules
$495 per organization (up to 7 participants)
$25 per manual per person

Workmanship Logic Series - Advanced Track & CC Deployment Toolkit*

80 hours of Instruction, Small Group Activity and Workshops TUITION FREE*
$495 per person or married couple (Combination of two training modules)
$950 per organization (up to 10 participants)
$30 per Toolkit Manual per person

L.A.M.P. PAC Series - (4) Modules of Training*

160 hours of Instruction and Workshops TUITION FREE*
$750 per person or married couple - (Consists of all 4 training modules)
$1250 per organization (up to 10 participants)
$30 per manual per person

Conference-Styled - Training Session*
( Half-Day Workshop and 1 Day follow up) TUITION FREE*
$250 per person or married couple
