BACKGROUND Dr. Timothy J. Oergel Dr. Oergel has 25 years of experience serving in various leadership positions in the U.S. Military and several well known corporations, private companies, and non-profit organizations. With Leadership Logic Consulting, he is credited with completing a spectrum of projects that has earned him and his consulting firm international recognition. Dr. Oergel is a popular conference speaker and he enjoys facilitating training sessions and providing consulting activities for Fortune 500 companies in different market sectors. For over a decade, Dr. Oergel has developed unique programs to equip his clients with the tools they need to perform with higher levels of success. Leadership Education, Humanitarian, and Ministry-Related projects have been at the core of Dr. Oergel's focus for the past several years. He holds both a Doctorate in Marketplace Ministry – (D..MpM.) and a Master of Ministry (M. Min.) from Phoenix University of Theology located in Arizona. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education (BSOE) from Wayland Baptist University located in Plainview, Texas.
