Partnering. Provide Management Tools for Best Practices Regarding Communication,
Decision-Making, Goals & Objectives, Critical Milestone Activities, Infrastructure and Support
Mechanisms, Leverage, Conflict Resolution, etc. Evaluate Team Project Results and Measure
Outcomes for Re-Direction, or Success.
