Our targeted geographical area includes the fast-growing southwestern states of Arizona, Nevada,
Texas, and California. We will commence activities in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV during 2010
and 2011. Our growth plan will enable us to perform services in other cities in the years following
2012.

Our most valuable asset is the people who are committed to the positive development of the
aforementioned communities. We will help people mature in their intellectual and spiritual
